Dear Vendor,

The 28th Annual Broward County Airboat Show and Festival will be held on March 11th and 12h, 2017 at the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds, 4271 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33314.

This show has become a tradition for outdoor enthusiasts of South Florida and beyond. This family event is supported not only by the community, but also by local businesses large and small. This amazing event will include Airboat, Buggy and Mud Truck competitions. There will be entertainment by several local bands, wildlife conservation displays, raffles, great food and fun events for all.

As done in previous years, advertising will be broadcasted over a local radio station in support of this outstanding event. We have also made efforts to increase participation from other airboat and conservation clubs with the similar objectives of protecting our recreational rights and Florida’s natural resources.

To make this event the success it has been in the past, we need your participation! Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis with no exceptions. You don’t want to miss out on this event. Due to the high volume of vendors, we recommend making your space reservations now. As always, vendors are responsible for their own Florida sales tax.

Proceeds from this event go toward projects that promote wise recreational use of public land, supporting the right of sportsmen and protecting Florida’s natural resources. Some of the events our club participates in are sending children to the Everglades Youth Camp, we host Youth Hunts, and our members are on call with the Joint Airboat Rescue Emergency Deployment (JARED) and participate in assisting in rescue in the event of an airplane crash, person lost or other disaster in the Everglades.

We are a non-profit organization and need your participation to make this event a success as it has been in the past.
